Come and enjoy a group experience that is simply exceptional! Sauna activities are great for reconnecting with friends you don’t have time to see, for a special occasion like a birthday or a pre-wedding activity. It is also a great family activity for all ages. The 75-minute experience allows for several sauna and swim times. Picnic tables are set up on site to enjoy the outdoor temperature.

• The sauna can accommodate up to 14 people if all participants know each other well enough.
• Children accompanied by parents are welcome
• It is important to book the session in advance as we have a small capacity on site.
• During the booking process, you will be asked to open an account and sign the release. This process will facilitate the speed of registration upon arrival at the beach site.

Swimming is allowed, but not supervised. When the lake freezes over, an opening in the ice and stairs will be maintained to allow participants to enjoy a hot and cold experience in the wilderness.

Swimming is not mandatory. All participants must sign a waiver which explains, among other things, that swimming is at the risk of each participant.
